Verde AgriTech Plc (TSX: “NPK”) (OTCQB: “AMHPF”) announces that the UK Court hearing, in London, UK, to sanction the scheme of arrangement proposed as described in the circular filed on SEDAR by the Company on June 14, 2022 (the “Scheme” or “Scheme of Arrangement”) was adjourned. The UK Court (the “Court”) adjourned the hearing in order to allow the Company time to address a technical issue with the execution of the Scheme once approved. The Court has not refused the Scheme.
