Reberth Machado

Mr. Machado is a Chemical Engineer and Senior Executive with almost 30 years of international experience across project management, technology and business development, production and operations, and executive leadership. His career spans Canada, Germany, the United States and Brazil, with experience across the pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, engineering and biofuels sectors.

Most recently, Mr. Machado served as Senior Manager, Corporate and Business Development at Steeper Energy, where he focused on commercialization opportunities in the renewable energy sector. Previously, he spent 12 years at Bioenergia do Brasil, including as Chief Executive Officer, where he led a major sugar-cane ethanol production facility in Brazil and oversaw plant operations, harvesting, farming and crop management.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Machado held business development and technology leadership roles at Sherritt International in Canada and ThyssenKrupp Uhde GmbH in Germany. At ThyssenKrupp Uhde, he was part of the executive team responsible for developing the company’s operations in the United States.

Mr. Machado holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the State University of Maringá, an MBA from the University of Alberta, and an Advanced Management Degree from Harvard Business School.

Marcus Ribeiro

Mr. Ribeiro was acclaimed as one of the top three sale managers in Brazil for two consecutive years due to his outstanding results as Sales Manager at Timac Agro. He was responsible for the agricultural bio-inputs and fertilizers for six years. He led the Agrivalle branch, providing national and international markets with transformative and sustainable solutions. His portfolio included a robust range of specialty fertilizers, biological products, adjuvants, inoculants, and additives, with a particular focus on the states of Mato Grosso and Minas Gerais.

Felipe Paolucci

Mr. Paolucci is a finance and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience at multinational companies, including Unilever, Deloitte, Arysta—now part of UPL—and Verde AgriTech. He has spent more than 15 years in the agricultural sector, giving him a strong understanding of its market dynamics, operational challenges and financial cycles. He holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in Management and Finance.
